Care cases / DOCS

Care cases involving allegations of serious child abuse are dealt with under the Magellan case management system.

This system is designed to ensure that matters are dealt with as effectively and efficiently as possible. Teachers, doctors and other professional people who are involved with children are required to report any evidence of child abuse to DOCS (Department of Community Services).
